Call received for Harbor Lane Services

Flooded rental unit at midnight.

Transferred to the on-call person. They get a short summary first and press 1 to accept the call.

Part of the transcript (example)

  1. Assistant Hi, you have reached Harbor Lane Services. I am a virtual assistant and this call is recorded. How can I help?
  2. Caller Describes the situation: flooded rental unit at midnight.
  3. Assistant First, is anyone in danger right now? I am bringing the on-call person onto the line.

The whole transcript and the recording are in the dashboard.

This is an example of what the owner gets after a call like this.

What happens in the demo

Choose a fictional call below and talk through your browser microphone, or type if you prefer. Each demo call lasts three minutes, with no signup needed for these scenarios. The assistant identifies itself as a virtual assistant and announces that the call is recorded before the conversation begins.

Explain the problem as a caller would, then answer the receptionist's questions. You can ask a follow-up question to see how it uses the fictional business information. Afterward, compare the owner's summary with what you actually said, paying attention to the details and urgency. Use invented names and contact details while testing.

What the owner gets

The owner view shows how your conversation becomes a summary with an urgency tag, a transcript and a recording. Check any booked slot or urgent routing result that the chosen scenario produces. A routine message may simply need a callback.

Read the summary first and ask whether you could decide what to do next from those details. Then compare the transcript and recording with the message to check what was captured. In the live service, call alerts arrive by email and app push notification, and a daily digest email helps you review the day's calls. The demo lets you inspect that kind of information before setting up a real business.

Make it your own

Enter your business name and website to try a receptionist using information from your own site. This personalized preview needs your email. The AI reads the website so you can hear a conversation about the services and details you publish.

Call with a question a customer might ask, then check the response against your business policies. Your website may not describe every exclusion, holiday change or urgent contact. Request a trial for your business; the onboarding chat asks about those details and lets you define the rules before forwarding live calls. Use the preview to spot what you will need to explain.

We read your public website and set up a short demo call as your business. One demo per email per day.

Your privacy in the demo

Demo conversations are with an AI virtual assistant. Calls and chats are recorded and transcribed to show the result. Use fictional caller details, and leave out sensitive personal, payment or customer information while testing.

Common questions

Do I need an account to try the demo?

The fictional business scenarios work in your browser without signup. Pick a three-minute call, use your microphone or type, and review the result afterward. If you want a personalized preview using your business name and website, you will need to provide your email.

Does the demo tell me when the call is recorded?

Yes. The receptionist announces that it is a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded at the beginning. The result includes a transcript and recording for you to inspect. Use made-up caller information and avoid sharing sensitive details during the test.

Can I try speaking Spanish during a call?

Yes. The receptionist speaks English and Spanish, and you can switch languages during the conversation. Try explaining the fictional request in Spanish, then ask a question in English. Check the resulting message to judge whether the details you wanted to convey were captured.

Does the demo replace testing my own call forwarding?

The demo shows a conversation and its result. Your business setup also includes your own instructions, a local number and a forwarding guide for your carrier or phone system. Make the included test call before launch to check how those pieces work for your number.
